Spring Mountain Ranch Master Association is located in the quiet Northwest corner of Las Vegas, NV. The surrounding areas include numerous recreational resources for an active lifestyle from golf, regional community parks to winter time skiing. The community is comprised of a collection of 1,620 single family homes that range from the quant starter homes to houses that are over 5,000 square feet on lots greater then a ¼ acre. With over 15 acres of parks and trails throughout the community plenty of activities are found within. Various features of the parks include, shade trees to lay under during a spring afternoon, children’s playgrounds, horse shoes, tennis courts and more.
