Jamie McCafferty
Jamie is the President/Owner of Excellence Community Management, LLC and an expert in the area of community association management.
Jamie has over 18 years experience in Community Association Management. She has been awarded the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation through the Community Association Institute (CAI) and is working toward her PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation. Jamie is also a Certified Manager through the Department of Real Estate. Jamie is very active in CAI and continues to serve on various committees. In addition to her service to community associations, Ms. McCafferty is very active in the legislation affecting homeowners associations. Jamie specializes in development transition to homeowner control. She has appeared on Homeowner Talk regarding many issues in the new law and developer's responsibility to the homeowner's association. Jamie's leadership skills and business knowledge is an asset to Excellence Community Management. Her vision of a management company providing superior service with optimum performance has come to fruition with the associations Excellence Community Management oversees. The company’s solid reputation in the industry accompanied by her long-standing business relationships is directly responsible for the success that Excellence Community Management has achieved over the years.
Jamie McCafferty lives in Henderson, NV where she spends her time with her husband and two children.
