Excellence Community Management is dedicated to providing excellent management service to our clients.  We believe that one of the most valuable services we provide to our clients is our team of certified managers and our excellent customer service.

Financial statements prepared by Excellence Community Management go through a proper check and balance system and strict separation of duties.  Excellence Community Management currently has twenty-four Certified Managers on staff and twenty-five accounting personnel.

Excellence Community Management is an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI).  CAI is an organization that influences laws governing associations in Nevada.  We are also members of  the Better Business Bureau (BBB).  Because of our diverse experience we work well with small associations to Master Planned Communities.  Our Managers are also experienced in working with the City Planning Staff, Builders and Developers.  All of our staff attends training seminars and law courses pertaining to association management.  We also provide in-house training for our managers in regard to insurance, landscaping, gates, water district and much more.  Excellence Community Management believes the more information our managers have the better they can serve your community.

Excellence Community Management specializes in community association management.  We will seek qualified, licensed, insured vendors for your property.  We will ensure that the proposals that are given to the Board of Directors are apples to apples and all approved contracts are implemented pursuant to the direction of the Board of Directors.
