Q.  How long has Excellence Community Management been in business?

 

A.  Excellence Community Management has been serving Clark County homeowners associations for nearly ten years.    Jamie McCafferty, the owner of Excellence Community Management, has been managing homeowners' associations for an astounding 17 years. 

 

Q.  What type of communities do you manage?

 

A.  At Excellence Community Management we manage every type of homeowners' association.  This includes single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, landscape maintenance, recreation, condo conversions, mixed use, patio homes & midrise condominiums and master plans. 

 

Q.  How many managers are on staff?

 

A.  Currently Excellence Community Management has twenty (27) Certified Managers presently on staff.

 

Q.  Are you members of the BBB and  CAI ?

 

A.  Excellence Community Management is a proud member of the BBB and CAI.  We proudly display their logos on our front page.

 

Q.  Do you provide Board Training?

 

A.  Excellence Community Management provides four (4) board training sessions a year.  We also notify the board of any Ombudsman seminars or CAI classes.  Excellence Community Management has written and coordinated a specified board member training program.  ECM provides this training free of charge to the board members of our associations.  We feel strongly that this training provides a solid ground for new members to learn about HOAs, meetings, state statutes, etc and provides a great refresher course for those who have been volunteering their time for years.


Q. Do you have the capability of conferencing in Board Members for meetings or training?

A. Excellence offers Office Live Meeting as a conferencing solution for online meetings, training, and events. Excellence can schedule, join, or present a Live Meeting by using newly available features, including audio, video conferencing, uploading handouts for distribution, and using Microsoft RoundTable.

Q.  What is your rate for management?

 

A.  This rate varies depending upon type of community, size, amenities, board meetings,  inspections and needs of the community. Please

Q.  What is the size of your accounting staff?

 

A.  Excellence Community Management has a highly trained skilled staff of accounting professionals.  We currently have 20 employees in our accounting department which is overseen by our controller who is a Certified Public Accountant.

 

Q.  What are your office hours?

 

A.  Excellence Community Management is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

Q.  What type of payment options do you offer?

 

A.  At Excellence Community Management, homeowners have the option of paying by electronic debit, check, money order and also credit card for online payments.

 

Q.  Do you have a conference room available for meetings?

 

A.  We have three locations to accomodate your associations needs and area of town

Q. How does your company handle after hours emergencies?

A. Excellence maintains a 24 hour emergency service for all after hour calls 7 days a week.  Excellence staff member work with the emergency service company to ensure a high quality of service is met.

Q. Do you offer photos of violations?

A. Excellence supplies their managers with the latest technology giving them the capability of taking a photo of the violation when on an inspection and applying the photo directly onto the violation letter for record.
