Deer Springs Park Community Clean Up (6 photos)
	A Message from Judi Hanson, Vice President of Aliante Master HOA Thank you! Thank You! Thank You! I cannot say enough to the volunteers who came out for our Park Cleanup Project, September 24, 2011. We had residents from the area, Gothic grounds crew, fire-fighters, boy scouts, the City of North Las Vegas just to name a few. This project could not have been done in less than four hours without the help of the 90 plus volunteers who donated their time and energy. I was most impressed with the children who also stepped up to the challenge. We trimmed trees, cleaned up trash, painted the picnic tables, cleaned off the tape and debris from the gazebo walls and posts, and painted the barbeque grills as well. It was a total team effort. Thanks to Patricia Willis for bringing this to our attention. We have photos within the Aerial to show how this effort came together. I would be remiss if I didn’t thank some other very special people, especially Diane House from the Social Committee, who worked tirelessly to get the food vendors to step up and also to our very special vendors: • Aliante Station Casino • Bank of Nevada • City Wide Redeemer Mission Community • Dr. Bullard and Ann Road Animal Hospital • Excellence Community Management LLC • Gothic Landscaping • Sherwin Williams Paint • Sierra Gold • The City of North Las Vegas • Wells Fargo Bank When this project was first presented to me, I had Excellence Management contact the City of North Las Vegas to see what we could do. After that, I approached the board for their approval, and I must say I am most grateful for that approval. This was a feel good project, and one that I would like to see continued in the future. Our social committee is fantastic, so watch for future announcements on not only a new park project, but all the other activities we have planned for you in 2012.
